Dr. BOYD HAS WITHDRAWN

Dr. Sutherland has reported that Boyd has withdrawn from consideration.

We expect that our elected leaders will do the job right and select a qualified candidate to lead our district.

Looks like the writer took Tobi Jackson's words out of her mouth! Tobi CLAIMS to work so hard! Hard on running around photo bombing! Tell us how have the schools she represents improved since she has been in office? Improved so much her own daughters attend out of her district schools!

Cole or Aguilar will be much better than this wanna be politician...at the cost of her family.

See photo BOMB below! She is so needy to belong everywhere and does absolutely nothing for the children she represents in district 2.

  2. Wow, How great for the kids and teachers of Ft. Worth. With all that came out on Boyd, was all of this just a way for him to manipulate the Santa Fe board into giving him more money in a district he already controlled or was he just scared off because we were hearing what he was really like and that the board may have voted to withdraw the offer. Whatever it was, FWISD dodged a bullet and he's Santa Fe's problem. Always trying to be an optimist, I hope the board learned from this debacle and will actually put some real effort into finding a super. Of course that excludes Sorum and any other current or former employee.

  3. Was Dr. STEVE FLORES in the run?

  4. Word now is Boyd was informed by Robbins that the majority had changed their minds and that he was asked to withdraw to spare Robbins and Paz further embarrassment. Wow. Guess we lost the "BEST" huh Ashley? Time to loose a bungling and unethical Board President. One more question: if Palazzolo made an offer to settle last week, why was the public not informed? Why was it not discussed? What did the Board not vote on it? It is not a "personnel" matter and therefore not confidential. You filed an appeal without our right to know, why are you continuing the litigation?

  5. Now its time to change the BOARD. Robbins should step down. Not only is he inept, but unethical. Sad, sad, day for Eastside children that Moss is running unopposed. Another betrayal of their future.

  6. Want to REALLY be sick? Visit Tobi's Facebook page: "...along with longtime childhood friend, Councilman Danny Scarth who has supported everything education in East FW, Dr. Pat Linares, our amazing superintendent who accepted this job solely to WORK FOR KIDS, and Dr. TA Sims, the longest serving United States board trustee in an urban district! What a team to have in your corner! #thankful #grateful #appreciation" So how's that working out for you East Side? Linares = AMAZING? "...accepted the job solely to WORK FOR KIDS"? Disn't she take the gig after the Palazzolo trial for a 6-figure salary? We all knew "Sleepy Time" Sims (who spends more time at Board meetings asleep than awake) was a local dinosaur - well past any effectiveness on the Board- Now we know its a national record for inaction. Our schools are DYING! CLEAN HOUSE!

  7. We rejected the monetary offer and did not make a counter offer. I am not sure what the law is on this but will find out. Also i think we should have reviewed an alternative offer which was made at the same time. Contract matters are proper matters for confidential deliberation whether or not they involve personnel.

  8. Should have Ann - but did you?

  9. One other question: Were you aware that FWISD attorneys asked for the offer?

Sounds like you had another offer that you knew nothing about, cut the districts losses! Attorneys on both sides hearing "ching ching"

  11. Both offers were contained in a letter which was transmitted to us through our attorneys. So we had the information.

  12. Ann, I do not even know Joe P. but, I have followed this for a while now. It seems like such a straight forward solution! Did he blow the whistle on FWISD? Yes! Was he bullied and demoted after revealing the truth? Yes! Was there really illegal, unethical crap occurring as Joe claimed? Yes! Did Joe give FWISD an opportunity to fix these problems before going to TEA? YES! Okay, have I missed anything? Nope! The details in between are not that important to anyone and the bottom line is OUR DISTRICT owes this man! The sooner we settle this the sooner I will feel comfortable releasing my book! If this district is so worried about admitting WRONGDOING well, STOP doing shit that's WRONG! (I don't mean anything subjective; I'm talking about illegal WRONG) Gee, what a concept! Let's ponder that for a moment... Doing what's right because it's right! I get why that's difficult for some but, it only takes one to start a chain reaction! So how about it Ann? What's so difficult about doing what's right? Set a precedent that telling the truth is OKAY! Besides, everyone knows that you cannot save FACE and ASS on the same day! Choose one and move forward! Sooner or later the truth will be revealed.

  13. Why is it that closeted old lesbians sell out instead of living their truth! Tobi, Cecelia, Needham, Marty Leonard, Price...

  14. That is hilarious, I don't think fwisd is perfect, but I knew and worked with joe p before the whole whistleblower bit and he was a manipulative power hungry jerk then. His whole bit was threatening administrator and other teachers with legal action. He even documented how often some teacher went to the restroom. How do you think he got the ap job at heights because he threatened the school he was at and they promoted him. What a mess, but anyway the district was right to get rid of him. I think joe p's lawyer should get an oscar for making that guy look righteous.

  15. Obviously the Jury didn't agree genius.
Sour grapes. When the facts fail to give you the result you want; you spend millions in classroom dollars trying to trash a person and repeatedly fail; you threaten Teachers, Pastors and Board Members with termination, arrest, slander and still fail, what is left? You resume where you started, throwing more mud. it's the tried and true FWISD way. Worked for Needham. This is about an elected official - Ann Sutherland - not your lame and failed obsession with Joe. Get over it Judy. You weren't there.

  16. Why not use your real name?

  17. I hope Ann does something about Robbins. This is not the first time Robbins has done this and withholding a formal offer from your client - even a portion - is unprofessional conduct. No doubt Needham, Robbins and Jackson were aware. Moreover, where were the other Board Members when this was going on? We know Sims was no doubt sleeping - what about Cinto? Avila? Ashley? Robbins and Needham both testified and Jackson was deposed yet all were allowed to stay without protest. Says a lot about their integrity. Then again, if you have not the courage to be out about your lifestyle, why should we expect you to have integrity?

  18. Ann, this is not a contract. Whoever is telling you this is incorrect. It is settlement of litigation involving public money. FWISD had obligation to bring the appeal before the public for discussion and vote after the Jury award was signed by the Judge and BEFORE an Appeal was filed. If true that FWISD asked for the offer - wow. They should have fully disclosed what was offered: primary and alternative. If they were not fully disclosed that's a professional conduct if not legal issue. If not fully discussed that's an issue for the voters. Given the track record of this Board - breaking their own "settlement agreements" - trying to exclude you from the meeting is over the top. Given all that has transpired, I would advise not listing to ANY legal advise coming from ANY attorney paid for by FWISD. Hire your own,

  19. Old School, do you really think that everyone from the judge, jury, TEA, etc. got it wrong? Oh wait, so even though we admitted to attendance errors and paid a hefty fine that none of that happened! LMFAO! So basically you think there's no bullying and no retaliation either. You must be asleep you dinosaur! Hahahaha! I needed a good laugh! Maybe Joe P. was a jerk; as I said before, I have not met him. For all I know he could have sucked as an AP too but, that's not the issue!

    ReplyDelete
  20. I know Joe, I was there, and I can tell you this was all completely unnecessary. Bullying produces bad kharma, and that's the next devil to be chucked out the window behind Boyd. No one asked me, but if you did, I have a simple solution-bring in a super that has compassion for the kids, and has a record of integrity. There is no stopping an urban district that cultivates leadership at every level. That's not accomplished by those with a history of self-promotion, but those with a proven record of inspiring the best from everyone. These leaders are out there-but apparently Ray & Associates are looking in all the wrong places.

    ReplyDelete
  21. Ray & Associates feet don't reach the pedals! They need to be terminated.
There are many qualified businessmen experienced in turning around a failing business which is what FWISD is due to its size right here in Fort Worth. Hire a businessman and a deputy superintendent with educational credentials to clean out the dead wood in the administration bldg.

  22. You REALLY need to stop posting the same anonymous CRAP under different names. I was there and worked with him too, He may not have been perfect but he ALWAYS had our backs. When we had finally had enough of Needham Alexander and Perry, he is the GUY that filed the complaint with TEA, protected us, and took the heat. Whatever your warped problem with him, I didn't see you stand up for us. He did. After 5 years of hell, I think he has repaid Karma 10 times over.

    ReplyDelete
  23. You are so full of smug crap. IF you REALLY "worked with Joe P" why didn't you report all of what Perry, Alexander and Needham were doing? Afraid or part of the problem? I think the latter. They would all still be there harming kids if he had not stood up. You make me sick.
