Auxiliary Workers on the Way OUT-SOLD OUT BY THE BOARD (UPDATE)

UDPATE:

We have gotten word from TWC that employees have already been given their walking slips.

Ramos here, the hypocrite, recognizing them but at the same time saying good-bye to workers who have spent most of the lives serving FWISD children with low pay and all.  Ramos is a Trumpian!
We also got notice that the outsourcing company coming to FWISD is partly or owned by Magic Johnson who, according to the source, contributed $50,000 for a money shortfall for the district.  The Board knew of this deal and who is always in the picture?  Now we can really say Ramos and Family are sellouts!!
The name of the company, based on searches, is SodexoMagic

Recall when we ran a story about the district contracting services?  Well Art Cavazos is leading the way for cafeteria, custodians, etc. to be replaced with contracted people.

Wonder if they will start that with teachers since they can't do the job right.. they need others to do it for them.

Let us know what you have heard.

WORKPLACE BULLYING AND SEXUAL HARASSMENT RAMPANT AT FWISD

Folks, we continue to receive complaints from our auxiliary employees about continued bullying and sexual harassment in the workplace.  Just ask our cafeteria, custodial, operations and maintenance employees.  Art Cavazos and Griffin are complicit in it.  Custodial supervisors place female custodians in harms way with their sexual advances and working conditions.  The yearly online training is a complete farce when you have a problem at hand.  A video is not going to solve the problem.  Employees are not reporting for fear of losing their jobs and retaliation.  Harsh abuse for those whose voices are never allowed to be heard!

The Board and the Superintendent have blood on their hands!!!

So will it take the life of an employee for the district to do something about it?
