DANSBY BITING THE HAND THAT FED HIM

So far the nicer word we tried to find to describe what Dansby is, according to reports, going to do to continue his crusade to demolish the FWISD at whatever cost and over Moss' body if that's what it takes.

This man truly shows that he has no integrity or dignity when it comes to leaving the district and being humble.  So he drowns the district, involved in the Tocco corruption and hides under the banner of running the capital improvement plan and a good ol boy from Fort Worth.  Surprised he didn't ask for a statue to be built in his honor.    You see lifelong recognitions are given to those who have given of themselves to better the lives of others; in this case children.  But when you look back, who can count or truly describe the positive impact he has made?

Just because you have lived or worked in a place for a long time does not make you invincible or immune to causing damage and hurting others to advance your self-interest.  We lived his crusade and just like the board members told him, he did not live up to expectations.  Once again just because you have  worked in a place for a while does not make you the best choice for anything.  Dansby is a manger he is not an educator or a mentor because he didn't care to listen to others.  For example, on his first day on the job he told a group of employees, " you don't think or feel, you just do"  "if you don't like it then your opportunity to leave."  So are these the words of someone who truly has a vision to improve anything?

Now he wants to run for the board to in a sense make sure that lawsuits against him don't prevail or use the power to keep the suits going and spend more money.  He got $900,000 to leave and now he is going to use that money to manipulate the system no matter what.  He is bitter that he didn't get what he wanted and now he is going to be on a rampage.  He is a bully and many of you know.

He stuffed the pockets of his cronies and left us in the classroom to rot.

Life in the FWISD will be hell if he is elected.. and those board members who voted to let him go, watch out.....

Read the transcript once again of the so called mistake in the Palazzolo case.. he knew what he was doing..

  1. What a conflict of interest...has this ever happened? A ex-superintendent on the board?

The only case that I have known about is one superintendent that was let go and then ran last election and won. This was in the Rio Grande Valley..

  7. This is to Teacher! Every time I see someone throwing dirt about Dr. Vasquez, I can't resist a comment! You must be one of those teachers that needs to be put out to pasture! Vasquez was always a supporter of teachers and an advocate for our students! Unless however you didn't do your job, then I do suppose you probably didn't like him much! Pretty cheap shot commenting on his appearance; too bad we don't have a pic of you!

  8. You are SO uninformed. Where were you the last year he was on the Board? Better ask some of the Teachers whose grievances came to the Board. He was so busy kissing up to Needham he voted against each one. He got what he deserved for ever thinking she would accept him. Same with his buddy Rangel who had a chance to help kids and teachers but did nothing. Pretty obvious Cinto is worse though.

  9. What is wrong with you? Do you need a racist image when you have the facts? I dont get what you're trying to accomplish.

  10. I also think it's important to understand he's human so, did he get it right every time? Probably not. However, let's look at Ramos Hello you fool! Not sure how you could think that Ramos is even close to Vasquez's RECORD for supporting teachers?? He's a freakin probation officer??? Tell me one thing, just one
That Ramos has done for teachers...
Better yet, does Ramos have integrity? Hell no! Vasquez -yes

  11. Actually, "teacher 2" I feel very confident in replying yes! If you would be more specific in naming which ones or perhaps just mentioning the circumstance would suffice. (So to keep some anonymity for whatever teachers you are referring to) If I'm understanding you correctly, grievances filed on behalf of some teachers that made it to the board (due to no resolve)?? Hmm... Well, I don't believe that Vasquez hung any teacher out without just cause! Is he guilty of not getting all the information? Perhaps but, you don't know him very well if you think he sided with Needham or any of those people or that he was a "puppet." He was always confronting the BS.

  12. Carlos began as an absolutely eloquent and staunch defender of teachers UNTIL he helped get rid of MJ. He more than anyone else is responsible for bringing in Dansby. Then suddenly Carlos the Reformer became Carlos the politician. Almist as bad as that fool Jackson, In the months before the election, his head was so far up Needham's ass he couldn't breathe. Is Ramos better? Absolutely not. Did we have to send Carlos a message? Absolutely YES. If he were to run again and stick to his promise to reform, we would all be behind him - again. As for having information, he had enough to know his buddy Aracely was NO whistleblower. And at other hearings HE was the aggressor - not Needham.

  13. Did you not rejoice with MJ's departure? Granted, Dansby wasn't the answer either but, he was great at making himself sound like the answer. During the time of both superentindants we saw lies, theft, corruption, back-door deals, nepotism, cronyism, & the list goes on. The only common denominator in every instance seems to be the people making the decisions and that group continues to grow. With nepotism & cronyism running amuck in FWISD, it's doubtful that real reform is even possible.

  14. Sadly, I agree. Only the FBI coming in as they did in El Paso and Beaumont will clear out Needham, Robbins, Jackson and the rest.

  15. Love to CIA blog but the slang is a little out of line and borderline racist. Not cool. Check yourself on that one.

  16. Speaking of Cinto...I am going to be sick. I just saw his Facebook page. Disgusting hypocrite. I hope SOMEONE runs against this fraud. If people only knew. Some obviously don't care about the alleged "love child" he fathered.

  17. In response to the readers regarding the words on the image. It is meant to showcase Dansby as the type of person he has been to employees and this district. He uses that mentality to intimidate people.
Appreciate the comments and will keep them in mind in future posts.

  18. Honestly, I could really care less that he's a "cheater." I mean if his wife puts up with that crap well, that's on her! Besides, there's so many like him in our district; it's not like he's some kind of "stand-out!" How about his accomplishments in our district? I'm not speaking about TCU, etc. I mean, what has he done for our teachers, students, etc.? Not much really but, then again I'm not sure why anyone thought that a probation officer with no vested interest in our students was a good choice???

  19. Wow. You really don't get it.

  20. Here are 2 articles from the TexasIsd website that show 2 things. One is that there are boards out there just as bad as ours and two there actually are lawyers that will give good legal advice to the boards they work for instead of making crap up.

  21. Neither do you. Obviously you benefitted from his reign of terror. Sorry, but it isn't about race.

  22. Why is that obvious? Never met the man. Enjoy the blog, not the racist picture. Maybe you can't accept this level of disagreement and have to make assumptions about everyone who does so.
