QUEEN LINARES AND JOKER SORUM WANT NO ACCOUNTABILITY

So Queen Linares seems to believe that the BOARD has no right to do anything in the FWISD.  She forgets that in any organization there is oversight on any matter that affects the FWISD.  So now she has picked on Dr. Sutherland regarding testing schedules or testing in general.  She apparently asked legal to provide her with an opinion on what the ELECTED BOARD can and cannot do.
This has been going on for many, many years where the ROYAL COURT and JOKER (SORUM) seem to be above anything that will hide their corrupt and damaging ways.

SO Queen Linares, if you don't believe that the ELECTED BOARD has any say on what you do then who will you answer to?  Why won't you share the results of any assessments given?
Let's go with the SCAs, why haven't we seen how our standards are being taught and how our students are doing?  You seem to give great presentations but no substance.  You may think many of us don't see how inefficient everything has been and  business as usual.

The Board of Trustees has the right to request, ask, suggest, etc on many things.  They are the ones that make policy and you execute it.  They take your recommendations and decide whether they want to go with it or not.  Do we need to do Government 101 for all top admin people?  Some of you seem to believe that you have no bosses and that seems to show because of the persecutions happening, the changing of the Curriculum mid semester.  You didn't think we knew did you?  Yes folks
The JOKER has changed the Curriculum for the Teachers and I am sure that no training occurred.  So maybe he will enlighten us with great results at some point because as of now, there is nothing we can figure out about their MADNESS.

Don't give up Dr. Sutherland, continue to ask and do share the document with us so we can show the PEOPLE that their administration is continuing to stick the middle finger out.  They need to ask the attorney for an opinion on what they should be doing and that is educating children effectively and treating people with dignity, ethics and respect.

  1. Just read this. We all have known Linares was a bad administrator and a sorry
excuse for a human being particularly after she took Tocco's $ 20, 000 in
hush money but this takes the cake. Show her the door fast.

  2. The most important part of this latest incident is that Robbins continues to violate Board Policy and break the law by refusing to place items on the agenda as requested - A clear violation of the Open Meetings Act. (read: Agenda up / "Iarth" bumper stickers?? in Ann's blog). I think it is time to file a complaint with the Attorney General. This is the third time Robbins has done so (that we know of) since Palazzolo filed his Open Meetings Act Suit. Do you need any further PROOF of this guy's complete LACK of integrity?

  3. Sorum will be the next Supt.! Mark my words! I do have inside Info!!! So sad for the Kids and staff in FWISD! But I do hear that Dansby is running for the board! Watch out!

  4. I appreciate everything Ann is doing to shed light on the corruption of the FWISD Board but she cannot do it alone and she must be even more assertive. Rumor is that the same "Ray Dickerson ilk" who supported Avilla and sell out Ramos are trying to recruit Cecelia Spear to run against Ann. If EVER there was a reason to mobilize teachers, parents and employees against a corrupt nominee that would be it. She is a proven liar and hatchet person of the first order. If you think things are bad now under Needham, Robbins, Jackson and Linares, just think what FWISD will become if Dansby and Spear are on the Board. Children will not stand a chance.

  5. Message to Ann: The real problem is Robbins' refusal to place matters on the agenda as he is required by policy and law to do. The Board - not Linares - has ultimate authority. When a sitting Board Member makes a request, Robbins has NO AUTHORITY to refuse to place the item on the agenda. Ann you really need to take this to the Attorney General or District Court. Make no mistake the Board is preparing to strike against you again. I can't believe the Weekly has "evaporated" and is no where to be seen. So much has come to light in the past six months and not one story from them.

  6. Can you please cite and reference which law it is that requires them to place on the agenda. Would like to review.

  7. This is covered in Board Policy BE(Local). Stay tuned.

  8. Thank you. Is that a state law?

  9. What about a principal having sex with a student, and her having a baby? Then he gets a transfer to an easier job in athletics?! Is that covered in board policy? Still waiting for an answer on this. I know you didn't re-assign him, but the predator is still working for the district. Should I just call channel 5?

  10. I put a pic of Dugan. I didn't post..

  11. Ann is correct. You may want to review the Palazzolo TOMA suit which was in the Sept.24, 2014 CIA Blog. Or if you want a simple explanation try the second link. Either way, Robbins is in violation of Law and should be censured or removed.

  12. Yes. Please call anybody and everybody you can think of. Parents and the Public need to know what Needham and Robbins are doing to our kids. Like the Nipple pinching Principal. Both of these were Dansby deals. The Weekly had this info and more but would not write about it. They too have gone to the dogs.

  13. We adopt Roberts Rules of Order by board policy, which stems from the constitution ("education is a state function" or words to that effect), through the Legislature and TEA. It is also carried in the board policy I noted.
The poster who put this online was helpful to me as are others. Robbins is making a mistake (following presidents Needham and Moss who also violated this rule) in not posting this.

  14. I think you are mis-reading the "tea leaves".

  15. I don't know when this practice began (Tocco I think is simply a convenient whipping boy for a more calculating evil) but it is wrong. Needham testified she worked as a para-legal, bragged about knowing the D.A., Barlow Sr., etc. and fancies herself a lawyer. SHE KNOWS EXACTLY WHAT THEY ARE DOING. Please challenge them on this. They have and ARE costing FWISD millions which should be going into classrooms! Robbins is doing exactly what Needham tells him to do just as Moss did. They are politicians NOT EDUCATORS. They are NOT about kids.

  16. See my entry above, Palazzolo's attorney did an excellent job of citing the law. Hundreds of references supporting this if you google.

  18. They are all corrupt. A well respected director who had years of success in her department was demoted because she complained about her direct supervisor at the time which severely micro-managing her and bullied her on a daily basis. She complained to Sorum who did nothing he actually kept supporting the bully to the point that now he has promoted her to acting assistant superintendent of curriculum and instruction. It's a buddy system where they all do favors for each other stuff their pockets with more money and so what there we have a failing district and cannot recruit talented teachers to come in this district because teachers throughout the DFW know what a horrible hierarchal demeaning district this is and how horrible teachers are treated. In addition the top administration has had no success with moving this district forward yet they're still there because they all do favors for each other. this administration doesn't care about kids they care about them self and self promotion.

  19. Tech Student- There's a pic with Dugan at a Tech football game with his former student. Also, the said student I'm told went downtown after Dugan wanted nothing more than an affair (as opposed to a what??). This is when he was transferred. Someone downtown knew of this 1st hand because there were photos that this student had in her possession. Now I think we all know that old saying of, "hell hath no fury, like a woman scorned" well let's just say that applied in this case. Not sure who she told though- I'm still trying to find out.

  20. Went all the way to Dansby. Ramos, Tatum Ray, Needham, Robbins, Etc. etc. etc.....

    ReplyDelete
  21. Wait? I'm just as frustrated as you but, do you have proof that it did? I don't mean is it likely or we can assume either. I mean do you know of who was told and when exactly? I mean I think the only way we are ever going to get people to hold them accountable, is to give information that can be verified and cannot be accused of being conjecture. Also, knowing about the affair and neglecting to report it is also a crime. If you know for certain that they had knowledge, then out those sickos!

  22. Now we know the payoff...just like Melody Johnson.

  23. So is this to help him with child support for his love child? I mean he did get his girlfriend a job at FWISD. Have to get the word out on this piece of crap. Just plain sick.

    ReplyDelete
  24. What happened to the pic?

    ReplyDelete
  25. Ann, I just read your "Revised: Attorney says testing schedule shouldn't be revisited now." Linares keeps searching the closet for former buddies like Rhonda Crouse to say whatever Needham and crew want her to say. This is simply ridiculous. Robbins refuses to put it on the agenda? Who the hell is this guy? After becoming ill earlier when I read of yet another immoral incompetent being hired by TCU, this was just the icing on the cake.

    ReplyDelete
  26. send to ciafwisd@gmail.com we will post it for you

  27. What has happened to Texas CHRISTIAN University? This is as bad as hiring Melody Johnson as a "resident scholar" after her repeated failures and ethical indiscretions at FWISD. Where is Cinto's message to his "other woman" and their child? Catholic? Right! So is MJ! Any snitch and sell out can "survive" in "the Hood" and the Boardroom. Just ask him. The truth is, he has no idea how to survive outside his protected lifestyle. Keep your children away from him.

  28. Let's not forget, the board is the one that brought Linares back..Ann how did this happen? Who said, "hey I got the perfect person to fill the supt job" ! The board hired Dansby..and now we are trusting them again with the new supt..Lord help us all..

    ReplyDelete
  29. You know "just let me retire" is Absolutely right! It seems that the board relies solely on "management" to provide the necessary information and the problem with that is THEY ARE NOT ALWAYS HONEST!! It truly reminds me of lobbyists and how those lobbyists have an agenda and integrity is not part of it. Has it ever occurred to the board that maybe management isn't the best place to get important information? Clearly, their agenda is biased and self serving! I would no more trust their judgement then the lobbyists on Capitol Hill! WAKE UP! If you want to know something, do a little looking on your own!

  30. Rumor: Ramos attempted to resign???

    ReplyDelete
  31. URGENT: Did anyone see the Star Telegram story on the BOND over runs? "But other board members, including Tobi Jackson and Judy Needham, have expressed a desire to research the option of selling or leasing the property to improve the district’s bottom line." Once again, Jackson playing the rubber stamp for Needham and special interests - NOT CHILDREN! Some buddy of Needham's wants this property. That crook needs to be voted out!

    ReplyDelete
  32. So we are down to a number of applicants. Is Sorum one? Rumor alert! I hear Josie Gutierrez from Dallas ISD is interested! Oh boy!

  33. Here are a few of the Teachers Carlos screwed over for political reasons (deals cut with Needham) when their grievances came before the Board: Rosie Gonzales, Blanca Salinas, and Stuart Tennyson.

    ReplyDelete
  34. Carlos screwing over Blanca Salinas had nothing to do with Needham. That was him covering for his buddy Rangel's lady friend who got the hell out of dodge the second Paz was sworn in. She was a bully and Blanca was the only one who dared stand up against her.

If you want to see retaliation in FWISD then you should look into THAT story. It has all the makings of an episode of As the FWISD Turns. Principals with special relationships to board members, Assistant Principal who is the son of the BFF of the board member, both bullying staff, board member's other best friend bullying staff through OPS then putting that employee in a situation where she "falls" down a FLIGHT OF STAIRS spending extended time in the hospital, principal "grinding" with students, verbally abusing staff, and backstabbing of the dirtiest kind.

Yep, just another day in FWISD.
