So we learning just how our leaders have fared throughout the many raises received at rates that are not on par with even our teachers. You tell me if any of this money has translated into high student achievement. Tell me what someone else would be capable of doing had we spent the money to attract new talent as the reason behind TASB salary adjustment. So to answer Ms. Moss' comment of, when will we see things change, Ms. Moss, let's start with compensating success!
I am sure with the new state evaluation tying student achievement to teachers, then it should bode the same for all administrators who are the ones forcing teachers to teach as they want and not as they should. Now we see why they don't worry what happens on the ground at campuses, they got the money secured.

This is absolutely outrageous. What in the hell is this Board doing? The power brokers in Fort Worth need to realize that Judy Needham is steering this ship straight into the iceberg. Nothing is going to change until she is removed. Lawsuits, appeals, outrageous salaries and declining student performance.
ReplyDeleteWhat the heck does Brenda DeLeon do? $81,000 does this person even have a degree? I mean one that's not an honorary/bought and paid for degree? Sorry Mr. Dansby but, I couldn't resist!! Someone please help me to understand how after 11 years in this district & 2 Master degrees and I've not seen an 18% raise?!?!? As a matter of fact, you can add all of the 11 year's increases together and that total is still less than the Administrative Asst. Hmm, maybe that's why student achievement is so low! How about giving $$ to the people doing the REAL work (not just giving lip service Mr. Sorum)?!? This is so disgusting!
ReplyDeleteCIA is there any way you can show the above doc like you did for the TASB Comp Review? I would like to cut and copy from above, but it also copies the background.
ReplyDeletecan you email us to ciafwisd@gmail.com - perhaps we can email it better. This way I know which specific part you want.
