NIGHTMARE IN DISTRICT 5 STREET-THE WRATH OF NEEDHAM AND COMPANY
Today most people are off due to the weather and so you may have some extra time to read statements and letters of the debacle and mess that is Judy Needham along with her friends who have ruined people's lives in the district. She and the others are all poison and have made this district what it is and the rest of us to suffer for it. Back in 2010 a lot was occurring with AHHS among other things. You can't hide it!!!
As someone put it.. this is not OPINION... this is FACT!

All of this information was reviewed first by Cecelia Speer and then the Board - in particular, Judy Needham. Ever since, They have all acted to cover it up and threaten witnesses they could not control. I don't know how ANYONE could think Needham's actions were appropriate as a School Board Member. Some of these need to go out as fliers. And for reporting this and more, this guy lost his job, won in a JURY TRIAL and the Board is STILL fighting him?
ReplyDeleteCan this story/blog be sent to the Mansfield ISD Board where Neta Alexander works as a principal now!
ReplyDeleteI was remiss in saying that Tobi - the ever faithful lap dog was there with Needham every inch of the way, voting as she was instructed. Oblivious to what was going on.
ReplyDeleteNeed more proof the Board has failed children in FWISD? https://www.facebook.com/FortWorthFights
ReplyDeleteNow because of district wide policies with discipline, the instances of violence across the district is getting worse and the behavior in general of students has gotten worse since the beginning of the year as the students realized that nothing substantial will be done. Those students that were marginal and might have behaved are now acting out regularly. To shift gears, where is the picture that's supposed to exist of Izzy and Judy in bed together?
ReplyDeleteDid you read the statements? The testimony is that is does exist. No one was asked to produce it. Needham did not deny it.
ReplyDeleteYes I'm aware of the testimony. What I was wondering and hoping is that someone will produce it.
ReplyDeleteSorry. We will be releasing it soon. Wanted to give Needham a chance to do the decent thing for once in her life and withdraw.
ReplyDeleteInfo, you must be an optimist.
ReplyDeleteHaha Agree. Now that Needham and Board have decided to continue the Joe P "roast", several sources will be providing CIA with everything. Maybe then the powers that be - who claim to be looking for a new Superintendent - will realize just how bad it is with her, Robbins and Jackson on the Board. This is all public record so once posted, anyone who is PROPERLY vetting FWISD (unlike our Board with Mr. Boyd) will see the info.
ReplyDeleteTruth, I think you must have some kind of mental instability, constantly posting the same post. We acknowledge your post!
ReplyDeleteThe Facebook Fort Worth Fights keeps getting posted and blamed on Judy. So what would Ann (who should currently be attempting to stop this) or Linda do to make a change? It's an honest question.
You must have some sick fetish of that pic. Maybe jealousy?
ReplyDeleteAnd you deserve an honest answer. So ask them - not me. You (of course) keep blaming Ann but once again the Board had failed to properly vette something/someone. Too busy chasing their own business deals to worry about kids and our schools. Ann is the ONLY Board Member who knows what the hell is going on in FWISD. She speaks for parents, teachers and students - NOT big money. She listens! She's not a "resident scholar (of what?); an "adjunct professor"; enrolled in an EMBA *(without a BA/BS) nor does she have a girlfriend/boyfriend or dozens of family members employed. She doesn't even have a school or field named after her. She has been censured; threatened; and humiliated by her inept peers on the Board and their attorney. Why constantly post? So that PARENTS and TAXPAYERS see what is going on with this BOARD, The Millions you have squandered and the hundreds of lives you have destroyed and continue to destroy. No Ashley, Boyd was NOT the "best Superintendent in the U.S." nor are two hour bus rides a time to study Tobi, One more thing: WAKE UP Mr. Sims!! Our schools are failing! Is that clear enough? Vote Ann Sutherland and Joel Aguilar.
ReplyDeleteIf you had read our statements you would know that we are simply tired of her hypocrisy and what she has done to FWISD. Many of us are in fact LGB but we don't live a lie.
ReplyDeleteThank you!! My point exactly, PHSParent. Jeez, once is enough. Truth and some others on here want to have their cake and eat it too. So what would Ann do? She said Paschal is one of her schools. Using Truth's logic she is as much to blame as any other trustee. Although I think that entire argument is bogus anyway.
ReplyDeleteOk, so why did she vote yes for Dr Boyd on Feb 7? True she is not a scholar, she is a two faced babbling idiot. And soon, she will no longer be a board member.
ReplyDeleteFor everyone who says vote Aguilar, I say this. Aguilar's TAD-verified homestead in Burleson is closer to Ann's District than Tobi's. Either he needs to withdraw or he will surely face legal action over his eligibility to run and/or tax fraud. If he insists on continuing this farce and running in a district where he doesn't claim his legal homestead, I, as a taxpayer, expect him to pay back taxes to the city, county and school district for all of the money he has been cheating them/us out of these last five years. Can you say "carpetbagger?"
ReplyDeletehttp://www.sutherlandforschools.org/Blog.html?entry=my-vote-on-the-new
ReplyDeleteOk, thank you for the response. Just so surprised that he made it as far as he did, and for that the entire board needs to be held accountable.
ReplyDeleteWe are all responsible, but I think some of the blame goes to the search firm too. We were not allowed to call the community to ask for input because it would compromise the candidates' promised privacy, yet the search firm obviously should have done it.
ReplyDeleteAt the least, I think they should have called employee representatives and the local press when our finalists were chosen. One of the two finalists who withdrew had actually been forced to resign. We didn't know this.
I see no homestead exemptions listed on the home he owns in Burleson ISD. A Fort Worth ISD is listed under "owner information". If you have any information about a homestead exemption, share it please. That is important information. Here is TAD's info: http://www.tad.org/property-data-sheet-residential?objId=40870936
ReplyDeleteNo different than Ramos who lives in Northwest ISD. I guess he uses the address of a mistress and his dingy wife is too concussed to notice. And doesn't Needham live on the Lake Worth ISD side of Lake Worth?
ReplyDeleteSo you fail in trashing Ann, switch to Joel and also fail. So when do you begin to accept responsibility? The e-mail in the previous story and the statements above, EVERYTHING that happened to Palazzolo, Chavez, Duran, Tennyson, Whittaker and EVERY other employee has been directed by Needham. She is consummate evil and as other have said, has destroy FWISD. "Palazzolo" has become much more than a wrongful termination gone bad. He has become the symbol for fighting corruption in public education. If you want to truly do something to turn attitudes about FWISD and the Board around, you need to START with his case. Why after spending MILLIONS and losing in a public jury trial are you still wasting our money? You are not Microsoft. Your own attorneys (as LaBeau said) use his case in lectures across the State as an example of how NOT to terminate an employee. Then you need to move to clean house on University. Its that simple. What you continue to allow to happen to him and others will only come back on you and this failed ISD.
ReplyDeleteYou are obviously angry because she LISTENED and RESEARCHED on her own. You need to be asking why Monge allegedly had employees calling trying to recruit applicants. The "Search Firm" did what they were instructed to do.
ReplyDeleteExcuse me, but I'm not wasting anyone's money, so you can leave me out of your accusations. As usual, you guys are grasping at straws and can't accept the fact that lots of people out there do not agree with many of your positions.
ReplyDeleteHaHaHa, how interesting. It was there as of the middle of last week, so he must have gotten scared because people had caught on to his tax fraud and started publicly voicing it. I posted a question on his Facebook page and it was promptly deleted and not answered. So much for transparency. I guess he rushed down to drop his homestead exemption this past week, but when he filed to run for school board the exemption was still clearly listed with TAD. I believe the Meadowbrook News even reported on it.. I have a hard copy in my records that shows "homestead exemption" claimed by Aguilar on the Burleson property, but it's at my office and I won't have access to it until we return from Spring Break. I'll scan and post it then, but clearly he has tried to wipe the record clean since people caught on. I suppose the election officials and the tax collector's office will have to determine whether he dropped the exemption before filing to run or not, otherwise he turned in falsified paperwork. We all know he only rented the apartment on the far eastern edge of district 2 so he could list it on his filing paper. I doubt it's even furnished. When I last checked his volunteer gatherings were being held at the Burleson address. Wow, he must make a lot of money as principal in Dallas to be able to pay for two residences. Carpetbagger by the very definition of the word.
ReplyDeleteAs I understand it, if a trustee doesn't officially live in the district they represent, someone (their opponents?) should file an official complaint. That is a basic requirement and should be an automatic disqualification. You can have multiple residences, but your official one (as in Aguilar's TAD homesteaded one in Burleson -- at least until he apparently changed it last week) is what everything is based upon. I'm not a lawyer, so if anyone on here is, we would love to hear your opinion.
ReplyDeleteThank you for the clarification. If he had a homestead exemption on his Burleson ISD residence until last week, he has serious questions he need to answer -- both about residency in the election and whether it was his homestead for tax purposes. Either one could spell trouble for him.
ReplyDeleteYes I do. As my name implies, it is called TRUTH. Sick of the lies and deceit of this Board. Starting with gerrymandered districts which affect voting and schools and children.
ReplyDeleteRight. You wouldn't be here spewing your BS if you and they were not concerned. The truth is coming out. The more that is published, the more will come out. We need an outside audit and an investigation into what has been going on in FWISD.
ReplyDeleteSure he did. Just like he paid all of those students to film themselves. Said it before - you guys are smoking PREMIUM crack. This is the same kind of crap you pulled on
ReplyDeletePalazzolo and the others. In Palazzolo and Tennyson you went to ex-wives; as far back as 28 years and none of it panned out. Some how much more shoveling of your dinner are you going to do on Aguilar?
How many names are you going to use? Still the same crap. Statements above or Fort Worth FIghts: tells you all you need to know about voting for Needham or Jackson.
ReplyDeleteYet you support Aguilar who doesn't even live in FWISD. Oh, there is so much truth in that.
ReplyDeleteThis sounds as credible as your BS was on Boyd, Palazzolo, education in feneral. Probably has a lot to do with that CRACK you're smoking combuned wutht eh GRADE A Manure between your ears.
ReplyDeleteQuestion for Board Members: Mow that you learned from Ann Sutherland HOW to properly vette a subject, are you vetting our statements above? Gave you read for yourself what Needham has done to FWISD?
ReplyDeleteMaybe when Aguilar moves into FWISD
ReplyDeleteEducate This 15 are you saying that Ramos lives in his district? We have already established that several have been allowed to ignore that rule! If you are going to deflect, please work on it first!!! If your only complaint is not living within the district, several members on BOE and Senior Staff have ignored that rule! Oops I mean suggestion! Hahahahaha
ReplyDeleteOne is a legal issue (trustees must have legal residency within the district they represent), and the other is a policy matter (certain senior employees are supposed to live within FWISD, from what I have read.) Apples and oranges, NSA. Maybe Ann can weigh in on this topic. I know that Moss, Jackson, Sims, Avila and Paz all live within their districts, but can't say for sure on the others because I just don't know. They are breaking law, not policy, if they are not, from the way I understant it.
ReplyDeleteI can. Listen carefully: Tobi Jackson. Her children do not attend the schools she represents.
ReplyDeleteYou do realize we have a single-member school board and not an at large, right? That makes legal residency within the district the candidate wishes to represent a Texas State legal requirement, right? The man who was going to run against Moss was disqualified for that reason. He didn't live within her district. How he didn't realize that I will never know. Perhaps if he had been as crafty as Aguilar and rented an apartment in her district he could have slipped notice, but you can't escape that pesky homeowner's exemption.
ReplyDeleteRight. A person can only claim homestead exemption on their primary residence. He has been doing that on his Burleson home since 2010. I guess now he is trying to get around that fact.
ReplyDeleteGood because he is already living there.
ReplyDeleteYou continue to keep ignoring the fact that Ann has schools represented by videos on that Website, so unless you want to vote her out as well, please give it a rest.
ReplyDeleteRight. That Paragon of credibility and objectivity the Meadowbrook News. Didn't carry a picture of Aguilar with the others. The sooner we rid ourselves of Jackson the better.
ReplyDeleteThat is total crap.
ReplyDeleteAnn is the only one of 9 speaking out and calling for change, Lets look at Tobi's record. Consistently voted against Teachers for the past 5 years. Still voting against Palazzolo. Look at the number of student suicides and attempts at EHHS this year and what she did to help.
ReplyDeleteYou must be referring to Ramos. Aguilar lives in Fort Worth.
ReplyDeleteThat's not what Tarrant Appraisal shows. Tax fraud? Yep! I have contacted certain media. A story is coming soon.
ReplyDeleteThe Aguilarites are freaking out! Keep it up! We must show the "Truth!"
ReplyDeleteHow many names are you going to use to say the same old things? You lost the argument on Ann so now you shift to Joel. Won't work. isn't true Just look how screwed up FWISD has been for the past 5 years. Tobi Jackson and Judy Needham need to go.
ReplyDeleteNot Really. Laughing actually. How many names are you going to use? Still the same crap. Statements above or Fort Worth Fights: tells you all you need to know about voting for Needham or Jackson
ReplyDeleteNice response Joe P! He was at South Hills HS before Heights. He was total BS. He was a bully and we were glad he left. Poor Nancy. But he had blackmail on Boyd, and he was moved to Heights. Look how that turned out. And yes, I am still at South Hills HS, even though one of his cronies is here now as an AP.
ReplyDeleteWow now you're using ANOTHER NAME!
ReplyDeleteHope you don't consider "Meadowbrook News" "media".
Did your child get his/her butt whipped on that site? Let it go. What the heck does that site have to do with only certain board members if not all you dang fool! And per the names, I'm honored you accuse. But, others might be seeing thru your BS! You are truly a disgruntled teacher or Joel himself. If disgruntled find a new job. I feel sorry for your students.
ReplyDeleteHow many names does that make? How many are you going to use? The last comment makes no sense, The again, read the statements above or visit Fort Worth FIghts: tells you all you need to know about voting for Needham or Jackson.
ReplyDeleteYou already said that before. You really have a hard time with FACTS don't you?
ReplyDeleteDon't worry we will straighten this ISD out if Needham and Jackson are gone!
Who hired the firm Ann? Was that FWISD or the Board?
ReplyDeleteNot sure exactly what you are referring to. I've seen the fights page. I thought we had 9 board members when the site was posted. You keep accusing a lot of people of using bogus names. You might want to rethink you tactics as you are looking like a fool.
ReplyDeleteHow many names are you using "Truth?"
ReplyDeleteI am honored that the poster or should I say Poser Truth keeps using multiple names and accusing others to be me. I am the one and only PHSParent. Apparently my voice here is upsetting to some. I'm telling you, the Paschal community will rule this election whether it is our zone or not! Change is coming, Ann pack your bags.
ReplyDeleteI am referring to you. You are not what you claim to be and you obviously did not even read the statements by teachers above. It was Isabel Perry "blackmailing" Boyd.
ReplyDeletePalazzolo got promoted. The SHHS principal was Melody Henson and she was removed. There are 2 A.P.'s at SHHS who came from AHHS. Moron.
.
These last two posts have inspired many people to voice their opinions, concerns and the like. The important thing is that we are bringing to light the many issues that have been hidden for so long and are now being debated. When the blog has documents to prove a point we post them and when not we ask the public to provide us with them.
ReplyDeleteWe know this election cycle is critical if we are going to move in a better direction. We as teachers need a better working environment, better pay and support from the top.
There is no doubt that as a blog we want Needham and Jackson to go. We will continue to push for it. We find it interesting that the few that are so staunchly against the new candidates have not made their own search of the facts from either candidate. We think it could be ignorance or outright malice in not seeking information. Let's do the residency part, the requirements from this election is that a candidate live in the district they are to represent 6 months before the filing deadline. If there is a question about other things that people have doubts.. call or email the people. At the end, the voters of each district will decide if the new people are their choice. If there are legal questions to answer, then let the proper authorities and the candidates handle it. If there are discrepancies then we are sure the candidates will be told by the legal system.
As we can all see. just by living in the district you represent like Tobi Jackson does not equate quality of service. The district is in disarray and getting worse. The time for change is now.. the time to get serious is now.. We know Needham and Jackson want to get re-elected so they can bury what is in the lawsuits because they know they were wrong. We know that by the lawsuits being won it sets state precedent and this would allow other employees to file suit when treated the way many have in the past. So teachers the Palazzolo case is what will give us substance to stand up to the bullying and retaliation. Otherwise, why wouldn't they settle it or pay it as a jury has already decided?
Thank you for making the blog a place to show what others are afraid to show. We will hear all sides. Happy blogging!
The board made this decision.

Just "Truth".
ReplyDeleteWhat's interesting is that there is now an "educatethis15" and an "Educate this 15". How original. The problem with residency in general is that it begins with the gerrymandered "lines" of the districts themselves. Just go to the FWISD website under Board and look at the map. It is ridiculous and self-serving - at least for Needham. Discipline, responsibility and accountability begin at the top with the Board. N wonder FWISD operates in mass confusion.
ReplyDeleteWhatever. This is just another way of saying FWISD is rife with corruption. If the "Paschal community" can control the election of Board Members across the FWISD, then that explains our descent into chaos since the arrival of MJ. Pascal is in chaos. Don't know who "Poser Truth" is. You previously admitted you were also "Proud PHS". So which is it? Paschal student video says it all.
ReplyDeleteI feel sorry for your children. The thought of going through life with such an ignorant parent (if you really ARE a parent) is child abuse.
ReplyDeleteWell perhaps Mr. Ramos feels Entitled since he grew up on the Northside. ??!!?! I'm tired of debating where everyone lives really because it doesn't do any good. How about we look at the fact that our district is failing in so many ways! I would like to ask Ann why our elementary counselors are being used for RTI? To be more specific, we have have seen our counselor as a class just two times this school year! I checked with other grade levels and it appears to be the same for them. When we look at the behavior of our middle school and high school students I believe that some of the accountability has to be with many and not just the one! We need to lay a good foundation with our young students and it should be a strong one and yet this is not at all what's happening! We have an elementary school riddled with trauma and yet NO COUNSELOR is available due to RTI! Perhaps our AP should give up her "extended" lunch to help with RTI! Our school is D.Mcrae so check on that! Debate that! Question that! Who gives a crap about residency? Let's debate real issues because there are plenty!
ReplyDeleteDo you even remember posting this on the other story?
ReplyDelete"ProudPHSParentPHSRocks Supporter • 4 days ago
I can't wait till the election, and the Paschal community will prevail. Sorry for my missuse of pseudonyms, I just choose not to make a new fake name to look like more people are supporting her. But I'll change my name a bit here to look like you."
My best guess is desperation or mental health issues.
There are three contested races. I don't know anything about Speer, so I've not commented on her. I only know of Judy's opponent through what I've read in the Fort Worth Weekly, that fine example of exploitative writing and yellow journalism. I am not well versed in the lawsuits, and Ann posted here that the Dansby hearing is set for December?? It doesn't appear Judy's opponent is without her own blemishes, and if you are praying for a unified board, I don't think she is the answer based on some of the comments she has left on this blog. That leaves us with Jackson's opponents, and I've outlined my opinions regarding them several times, so please don't put words into my mouth saying it's "ignorance or outright malice in not seeking information." What, you're a mind reader now?? Believe me, I have and I will. Please, just speak for yourself. Change for change's sake is definitely not going to help the District. Elect a full-time principal from Dallas to serve on the board? Yeah, that makes a lot of sense given that he would have literally no time to engage District 2 schools, parents, community or administration unless he did so while on the clock for the DISD. I'm sure his bosses over there would just love it if he did that, right? That's why his candidacy makes zero sense for Fort Worth taxpayers. There are a lot of volunteer positions he could seek that wouldn't require the same high level of commitment or hours that being a trustee requires but still enable him to contribute.
ReplyDeleteI don't know which of the "Educate this 15" writers you are. As several have pointed out, there are obviously multiple writers using this as the spelling of your pseudonym is constantly changing. So too is your target. You are hell-bent on maintaining the status quo. One need only look at the state of FWISD to see that there has been a dramatic decline in student performance, fiscal responsibility, and campus safety over the course of Judy Needham's tenure. As the evidence and testimony shows, she in in charge and Needham (with her loyal followers) is a wrecking ball. That obviously includes Tobi Jackson who is more worried about a political career that her children. I don't know why where an individual works is more important than the track record of a failed incumbent. Joel worked in FWISD and left - as do most - because of the corruption which is the Needham/Jackson/Speer model. The Palazzolo trial; the statements above; the Facebook page (of which there are allegedly several) are facts.
ReplyDeleteSutherland is the only EDUCATOR on the Board and it shows. Joel and Linda will add two more EXPERIENCED in true EDUCATION. No one is making an issue of a candidate's child BUT it is more than appropriate to look at the incumbents relationship and handling of their child before casting a vote to entrust her with the responsibility of others. In that regard, Tobi is an absolute failure. And from eye-witness, first hand accounts, Needham's manipulation of attendance, discipline, finance, contracts. even class assignments is all rooted in self-interest.
So now you have a new name? How convenient! All of the above mentioned issues happened under Ann's watch as well. Why can't you still that into your feeble little mind. But I guess when you are as "Weekly" minded as you (yes pun intended) then there is really no point. Now that Linda is running for the board, the FW Weekly is where I go to get info on drinks and movies, Linda is a p'd off former parent at Heights be she has a bone to pick. Either mad that Sabotin gave her daughter a C or didn't choose her to go to Egypt. Ann is a babbling fool that was part of al of the issues that Judy is being blamed for. Joel is the return of Carlos Vasquez. Boy he sure did a lot for the district. But guess what, the vote will not be close. These three will lose greatly. I can't wait. What will yall write about then, some great ballot fraud scheme?
ReplyDeleteThis sums it up.
ReplyDeleteI was just told about your post. Obviously you aren't intelligent or clever enough to author your own whitish humor. I'm flattered. No I'm not "Two Cents", but they unlike you read the factual material. The "ballot fraud" (which at least you acknowledge exists) begins with the gerrymandered districts. It continues to big money self interest groups claiming to be for better schools but in reality have no interest in improving anything but their pocketbook. If they truly cared they would not have threatened Avila's opponent into withdrawing from the last election. Nor would they have supported a known womanizer and an uneducated fool. Funny you mention a certain former AHHS teacher who allegedly left this year. You are truly the gift that keeps on giving. He left AHHS because of an alleged and open affair he had with his own student. That fact went all the way to the top with the student bragging to her friends that university wasn't going to do anything about it. We will post shortly.
ReplyDeleteJust for PHS Parent. Ask and you shall receive.
ReplyDeleteThat is just sickening. Was this presented to the board?
ReplyDeleteOnce again, grasping at straws, trying to divert. So glad you weren't one of my teammates on my high school debate team. In fact, some of you must still be in high school based on your childish remarks and attempts at put downs. My username only looks different at times when I am trying to quickly post here without being logged in to my email and have to post as a guest. I still maintain the same username, even if it looks different in those instances with an extra space or two, unlike several of you knuckleheads who must confuse yourselves switching back and forth between your many names, SMH.
ReplyDeleteI presume you consider the Weekly "news?" LOL. They just want to print one-sided inflamatory stories so they can charge the strip clubs and sex phone services more money for their ads. Of courses, just watch. They will probably be the ones to cast more light on the bigot, the tax cheat and the bully.
ReplyDeleteIt has crossed my mind that the bigot, the tax fraud and the bully are getting free publicity they otherwise couldn't afford,
ReplyDeleteAll of this information was given to OPS and the same leader Menchaca. The reports were given and nothing was done.
ReplyDeleteHumm, wonder if it's because he quietly filed right before the article was published? Of course not, that would be too logical. And based on your previous comments lacking knowledge about EHHS TEA ratings, you clearly not a teacher there.
ReplyDeleteWe didn't think about it but yes they keep getting noticed. Just like you have made yourself known and we appreciate you having the time to gives us the other side of the coin. You keep the blog famous all the way around the world.
ReplyDeleteI give a crap about a prospective or current elected official breaking residency laws or trying to bend the residency laws to suit their purposes. And he clearly slipped up by filing to run in district 2 by claiming an apartment as his residence when he was saving on city, county and yes, SCHOOL taxes with his homestead exemption in Burleson. Someone on his team is surely kicking themselves right now and doing a lot of praying in hopes this doesn't come out in the mainstream media. Now he is scrambling to try and erase the tracks, but someone will publish the detailed TAD transactional dates showing when he got it switched. Again, SMH.
ReplyDeleteSure, now trustees are responsible for fights, troubled teans and
ReplyDeleteI am SOOO sorry for confusing you. I promise I will try to not log into this blog remotely as a guest any more so as to not to confuse those of you who are fascinated by conspiracy theories. Actually, Why the hell am I even humoring this discussion? Who cares what you think. My positions remain the same.
ReplyDeleteAnd everyone in Management from Weeks to Needham knew about it. Needham allegedly directed the cover-up. Many AHHS Teachers knew about it and were horrified that it was allowed to continue. It went on for over a year before he finally resigned. In all honesty, this is just the tip of the iceberg.
ReplyDeleteNo, the problem with residency in specific is that there are no grey areas. You either live in the district you represent or you don't. Living in an apartment in one district while claiming homestead in another is ethically and legally wrong. If Judy or any sitting trustee is violating that law they should be held accountable. Let's face it, I don't think there is a city, county, state or federal district that doesn't look like a a plate of scrambled eggs, but it is what it is.
ReplyDeleteSickening!
ReplyDeleteMy kids love me, they have secure lives. How about yours? Probably don't have any, that's why you are such a miserable person.
ReplyDeleteSorry to ask, but who are these people in the pictures?
ReplyDeleteIf you care so much, why no complaints about Ramos? No secret that he doesn't live in the district!
ReplyDeleteA much awarded AHHS Teacher and his student girlfriend.
ReplyDeleteThe board was never told.
ReplyDeleteGuess you don't read before mouthing off. I couldn't find any homestead exemptions for Ramos on TAD. There are several people of the same name, but none of the properties were claiming exemptions. You are welcome to try or file an official complaint and have the legal system decide. If anyone has proof then produce it. I'm sure there are ways around it if a person receives mail in their name at multiple addresses, has utility bills in their name at multiple addresses, etc. That's how parents cheat attendance zones all the time. Don't know how to actually prove if his main home is out of district.
ReplyDeleteThank you.
ReplyDeleteAnn, Like MANY things, YOU were never told because they knew you would demand action. Needham knew. She was part of the cover-up. In fact, there is far worse going on. Has the Board actually READ even the FIRST statement above? Would you even CONSIDER being photographed in bed with an employee, during the school day, who was supposed to be at school, and then have that texted to every Coach on campus? The Principal was with them!!! So you fire the guy who turns this in and threaten the Coaches and Teachers to the point that many have left. Now what? After a Jury trial you still drag this out? Needham knows virtually everything going on.
ReplyDeleteAnn, I brought to your attention another quite similar affair with one exception- a baby! I told you that Trimble Tech's Former Principal (Mr. Dugan) was given the Asst. Athletic position after his affair with a student! He had a baby with her and you said that you would look into it. Okay, CIA how do I upload pictures? They are pictures with his child and I'm not sure that it's appropriate to post but, if nobody will take action then perhaps it is appropriate.
ReplyDeleteThere is a tiny photo icon in the left corner of the box we type comments in. Click that.
ReplyDeleteThat's how I did it.
I/m glad we agree. Please read this short version of an incident this year at Benbrook Middle School where a Teacher massaged an 8th grader down her back and around to the front of her body just below her breasts. The following day he sat next to her and (allegedly) took a photo of his hand on her bare thigh. When parents noticed she suddenly did not want to go to school she told them why. The father went to Richard Penland (Principal). Demanded action. Demanded the phone be produced. Showed the Principal the photo. Penland sent Teacher to Menchacaa who did nothing. Parent called NORM ROBBINS. After referring parent to Linares, Robbins NEVER followed up. Linares dodged his calls for over a week, She then said she knew nothing about the photograph. As in most similar cases in FWISD the parents are intimidated into "going silent" over the fear of publicity and further trauma to their child. We are not making this stuff up. It goes right to the Board. THAT is why the Board is still fighting Palazzolo.
ReplyDeletePlease post it. People NEED to see we are not making this stuff up.
ReplyDeleteShut up Tobi!!! Your photo ops have done SO MUCH for your district's schools!!!
ReplyDeleteOk Ann and every other Board Member, Did you read all of the statements above? Did Ceceila Speer who was the first senior official to see these ever disclose them to the Board? Did MJ, Reyna, Ray, Menchaca, or Dansby? Did Judy? Now that you have read them, HOW can you allow the Palazzolo thing to drag on? How can you sit back when others come forward like Whittaker and do nothing?
ReplyDeleteOkay! Here he is holding their love child and there's a pic of the mother (aka tech student) Just look it up Ann it's there. Name of student, etc.
ReplyDeleteBe careful when posting pics. I deleted the first 2 but they did not delete.
ReplyDeleteSee people, where's Educate This 15, PHS Parent, etc.? This is exactly what we need to expose! Enough being silent! Give names, post pics, deny THAT! Yup they cannot! We need a clean sweep of this district! Ann this is what happens when nepotism and cronyism are allowed to fester and flourish! The rabbit hole runs deep!
ReplyDeleteThe question is; now that the Board - ALL of the Board - knows, what are you going to do about it? Instead of crucifying Palazzolo, hold him as an example of what should be done when you uncover wrong (which by the way, we are all required by law to do anyway).
ReplyDeleteHow about the NS Board Member and his mistress?
ReplyDeleteClick on bottom left icon to include picture when you comment.
ReplyDeletethe first two from this trail? we can remove them if this identifies you.
ReplyDeleteThe pictures of Dugan were deleted to see if the person who uploaded wants to upload certains ones only. We thought it was picture by picture but it deleted it all. You can repost or email us to post them. ciafwisd@gmail.com. We can edit to take out names or anything that identifies someone.
ReplyDeleteWho deleted the pics?
ReplyDeleteOkay, here you go.
ReplyDeleteSorry, NSA, I don't live on this blog as I have other things to do. Glad to hear you value my opinions :) Sounds like you know about this situation, even if it's second-hand information, so by all means, go for it. I would advise the parent to not let it rest. I once found myself in a situation where a staff member was bullying students, parents and even other staff members and I took it all the way to the top and wouldn't let it rest until I got an answer. I will say I don't see how this is support for a "clean sweep" since it sounds like Robbins turned it over to Linares who in turn either dropped the ball, never received the ball, or just hoped it would go away. I know of situations where teachers were put on paid leave for far less than what you described. So why would this teacher get a pass? Doesn't add up to me.
ReplyDeleteCrickets
ReplyDeleteI'm glad the smoke has cleared and we can all agree that this is unacceptable. I have found that many parents are reluctant to put their children through the trauma of fighting OPS and Central Office. I know that this parent allegedly filed a complaint with TEA when the Principal attempted to deny he had seen the cell phone photo. He also still has his job.
ReplyDeleteCrickets. The water is too hot.
ReplyDeleteOh I see thank you.
ReplyDeleteI thought we had moved past that? I mean nobody is condoning an affair but, it seems more of a footnote. There seems to be more serious issues at hand. I know that the Former Tech Principal, celebrated AHHS teacher, Benbrook middle school teacher, are just the tip of the iceberg. I know just a little about something similar that went down at Helbing a few years back. It involved a BTAP that an administrator got pregnant and several other teachers harassed by that same administrator. One teacher got a visit at her home by that administrator and he had a gun. Now let's continue to expose as much of that as possible and leave his philandering to his wife. It's not like the rest of us (who aren't married to him) know about the affair. We should mention that one of his mistresses secured a job through the affair but, everyone knows he's a cheater!
ReplyDeleteLmfao! Yup, hard to refute the pics! I just wish others would stand up a show what they know and offer proof if they have it! The only way to stop the corruption is to continue to expose it! In some cases, there should have been criminal charges! When involving a child, it's the law to report! It's not up to anyone but CPS to determine guilt or innocence and looks like some serious covering up to me.
ReplyDeleteThat simply is not true. The Board was helping cover it up.
ReplyDeleteI've stated that this is sickening. What else do you want me to say NSA? Kind of a wasteful post don't ya think? Although since you asked. I do find it interesting that Ann keeps saying she had no knowledge of this. While others are posting that they told her. Sounds like more Board corruption that just Judy.
ReplyDeleteSo I'll post this question to Ann. Now that you know about a Dugan having a baby with a student, and the Benbrook pedofile. What now? This must be answered. I really wish Channel 5 new about this.
ReplyDeleteNSA, CPS would have nothing to do with this. It would involve the FWPD, because a crime was committed. Now if the family is as supportive as the pics seem to show, at least TEA should be notified. I wonder if he slept with other students as well? Was a letter sent to the entire school telling kids to come forward. Same with Benbrook.
ReplyDeleteThe board never addressed this. You need to provide proof of this or retract it.
ReplyDeleteFunny my post was deleted. So I'll ask again. Since Ann now knows about Dugan sleeping with a student, and a pedofile is working at Benbrook. What will the board do?
ReplyDeleteWhy do all my post keep getting deleted?
ReplyDeleteI keep asking what the board is going to do about Dugan and the pedofile at Benbrook? It keeps getting deleted.
ReplyDeleteSorry Ann. B.S. Just like AHHS. That's why the Board is dragging Palazzolo out. To set an example. What did Needham tell the rest of the Board? If we wait long enough, maybe he will die. After all, one employee died and another committed suicide. Most just leave in disgust. This has been going on a long, long time.
ReplyDeleteI was wondering that too but found your comments by scrolling further down. I can't explain it, but I agree with you. We need answers from ALL of the Board.
ReplyDeleteposts are pushed down when others reply. NO posts have been deleted.
ReplyDeleteNo one said you "addressed it", I said you the Board covered it up. If you want proof, start by asking Judy Needham about it. You were given proof of Dugan what did you do with it? The entire Board knows about Palazzolo. What have you done about that? What will you do about the Benbrook info?
ReplyDelete"Addressed" was a poor choice of words. I was told by Dansby of some poor behavior by Mr. Dugan involving classroom visits. Never anything more. Removal was a reasonable response in this situation. We were not told he would be kept on indefinitely.
ReplyDeleteYou should not assume the board knew about these details or anything at all about this AHHS situation.
My God. Having said that, do you realize you destroyed his career with your uninformed decisions? Did you read the statements? A Board Member (former President at that) texting photographs of herself in bed with an employee during the school DAY to other Teachers. Why in God's name was Needham EVER voting on anything in that scandal let alone Palazzolo's termination? How about it Tobi? I'm singling the two of you for obvious election reasons but it applies to the entire Board. Everyone advising you from Cecelia Speer and Reyna to your attorneys (who have been there since the beginning) all knew the truth. So WHY are you continuing to prolong this mess? The Board supported Dansby in wanting to go to trial. You went. You lost. You own it. Instead you keep appealing? What does that say? The time to end this is LONG overdue.
ReplyDeleteThink about it. Dugan allegedly had a affair with his student, fathered a child with her and " Removal was a reasonable response in this situation" NOT termination? Arrest? Prosecution? She was allegedly 17 when this happened.
ReplyDeleteShe somewhat responded to a similar question by me above. It wasn't enough.
ReplyDeleteThat same teacher had been reported for being drunk in the classroom as well. Nothing ever done.
ReplyDeleteI agree. And I would really like to keep this on a more civil level. I believe from your response you really did not know about all of this. There is SO much more. Have you heard this one? All true. All documented. AHHS has a classroom for severely impaired students. A Special Ed Teacher - newly assigned to that room was horrified to find the students were defecating in a potty chair in the open classroom because the staff did not want to walk/wheel them to the rest room two doors down. She reported it and nothing happened. Finally she took it to UEA. They had to go to Dansby TWICE before he instructed them to stop. The Principal (who spent four days a week in classes and was never there) left and Weeks came in. Dansby of course left, And the Teacher/ She left too. She had become a target herself. True story.
ReplyDeleteAnn, I posted the response with my pictures and you replied to me, No Strings Attached and you said that you would look into it. Just about Dugan( I didn't bring up anyone else at the time) well, I didn't give you pictures I just told you what I knew. At this point, I just think we need to stop blaming and start DOING. I know that it's overwhelming because your pretty much the only person of integrity left. Wouldn't it be something though to stand up for this? What if that were one of your grandchildren? I don't know why this young girls own mother did not but, you can. Simple DNA and a little math.
ReplyDeleteDuh. Of course he filed before the article was published.
ReplyDeleteSorry Ann. a packet was assembled by FWISD employees shortly after Betty brink broke the AHHS story. It included all of the Coaches statements above, dozens of letters of support for Joe P., including an offer to provide the photo of Judy Needham in bed with Perry. It was sent anonymously to EVERY sitting Board member at the time. Ray Dickerson, Needham, Jackson, Sims, Robbins, Moss, Vasquez, Rangel, yourself and whoever was in District 9 before J.R. Martinez. It was ignored. The Board knew what was going on from the beginning - even if they did not read Betty Brink's award winning story in the Fort Worth Weekly. Now don't you think it high time this ended?
ReplyDeleteNot so. To the contrary, much relevant information was withheld from the board.
ReplyDeleteThis is my last comment on these issues.
So why did this teacher deserve special consideration? Just being a teacher in Robbins' district shouldn't provide him with protection from investigation and/or prosecution. If that ever happened where I've worked it would have been immediate curtains or at the very least paid leave while an investigation took place. I've never seen teachers given free passes on misconduct. In fact, quite the opposite.
ReplyDeleteI've got one more for you from the AHHS black hole. Do you remember the Domino's Pizza guy who was murdered by 3 teenagers? Two were from AHHS. Joe P. worked with them in 2009-10. When he was transferred by Needham, they went off the deep end. The address they used to lure Fred that fateful day was the same phony address they originally used to enroll in AHHS. The older brother was so huge, he literally threw off handcuffs as a police officer attempted to apprehend him. The only person he could relate to was Joe P. I laugh when people say as educators our responsibility ends at the property line of the school. That just proves how little you know about life in an urban school. In most cases, as illustrated here, we ARE the ONLY stability these kids have. I wonder Board Members;
ReplyDeletewould Fred still be alive if you hadn't chosen to "shoot the messenger"? Would three young lives have turned out very differently? Here is the CBS 11 report still on You Tube with over 1,000 hits. You fired the wrong person. Neta Alexander is still out there acting like a principal. Needham knew this story as did Speer, Reyna, Menchaca and most of us. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SyOMZwWACCw
You sound like you know the details of this situation a lot better than I do. However, the story says the attack occurred in Oct. 2009. You say he was working with these troubled students in 2009-2010, so this attack occurred during his watch. Good try, though. And no, urban school or not, it's not smart for any school employee to work with students off campus unless their parents/guardians or other responsible adults are involved at the same time. That's EXACTLY how adults get into trouble with kids making false accusations against them. I've seen it happen first hand to an administrator and to a teacher. It ruined their careers in education forever.
ReplyDeleteI'm calling BS on this one. The dates do not work, what a lye. And if Joe was working with them, what does that have to do with the murder? Do you really think he would have prevented it? Dates don't match.
ReplyDeleteAs a parent you have more leverage with the media. The media does not have to identify you as the source of the information. I was astonished when I first heard these things. I have made outcries to the DA's office, the Feds even but I cannot get traction nor have teachers or former employees. BUT when a parent makes an outcry to media, "please clean up our schools to make them places to learn and be safe" the media usually starts to pay attention.
ReplyDeleteI became aware of this story through reviewing records....as an outsider....before the FACTS were shown to central administration. In fact, I was the first person to see all of the documentation prior to being advised to encourage taking the documents to central administration. At that time Dr. Linnares was aware of the documentation but said she was retiring and didn't care to know about it. This was August 2010. As I have been interviewed for my candidacy in District 5, I have said when we fail to address the educational needs of all children in FWISD, FWISD is simply passing along kids who have given up on school and become problems for the community at large....police, jails, in case you did not know we are building more jails than schools in Texas.... and other social agencies...kids which become problems and/or unemployable. It has been my experience as I work with parents with children with learning disabilities that when learning disabled children are unidentified by parents and/or schools, children become discouraged about learning and act out at school and in the community. This is not offered to explain away poor behavior and poor decisions by students or parents who do not understand how to get the necessary rights and safeguards for their children....we are all aware of the "affluenza" drunk driving case here....but simply an observation after years of experience of working with troubled children in psychotherapy and other capacities working with children.
ReplyDeleteI would like to know what I have written in this blog or what blemishes to my reputation you are referring. I have nothing to hide. I have been happily married to my second husband for 24 years. A retired AF colonel with 26 years of service flying B-52's and F-111 before taking a desk job in logistics and retirement. Now working for Lockheed Martin. I raised 2 kids as a single parent in FTW working as a psychotherapist. I even have an amicable relationship with my Xhusband and his wife.
ReplyDeleteMy son graduated from MSU and served 2 years in Guatemala for the Peace Corps. My daughter graduated with a paralegal degree from TCC. I have 4 grandchildren and 4 step grandchildren. My husband and I obtained legal custody of my niece after my sister died of cancer. My niece graduated AHHS 2010 and is currently a college student. I have no police record not even a traffic ticket. Other than having first person knowledge about the facts related to the malfeasance at AHHS and the dysfunction of the board and central administration, I would say my life could be considered fairly boring and unremarkable and far from as colorful as some associated with this election. So please explain, either here or directly by phone 817.602.5446 or email. As I've said I have nothing to hide....so please elaborate. In fact, I double dog dare you.....
