As you watch the video on the previous post, many would see that he had the best interest of people in mind. Perception is big.
Unfortunately that is not the case... Do not believe the hype.. it was all for show..
He is using the race card and not being honest of the true reason he resigned. Come on Dansby! Be a man for once and tell the truth. He wanted more money, run the district his way along with all the cronies and maintain the culture of manipulation and retaliation. The board knew all of this and that's where the discord came, he resigned on his own accord not because he was forced out.

Ugh! I'm still curious about the 111 NON-TEACHING positions, that received double digit percentage raises. HELLO! Are we going to get to the bottom of this or are we just going to deflect? Teachers went without any pay increases because there wasn't any money and finally we get a raise of 3%. For those not getting this: teachers got around $1500-$1600 and these 111 central office positions received $5000-$30,000 plus! Not exactly sure how or why the Board isn't demanding an explanation. Unless, this is one of those "FWISD Specialities" where everyone pretends it didn't happen! Refusing to put it on the agenda doesn't make it go away!
ReplyDeleteEveryone can complain as much as needed but until taxpayers organize to revolt against FWISD practices, we are just preaching to the choir.
